The house sleeps up to 20 people with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. One large master bedroom downstairs with its own on suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms are upstairs with two bedrooms that face the ocean and provide that wonderful ocean sunrise to greet you in the morning. The other two bedrooms include bunk beds and are ready for those large family getaways.

Included with the property are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, rolling cooler, beach buggy, kids' floats, propane grill, outdoor shower, and hoses for rinsing.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
